I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm claims. Insurance has deep roots in my family - both my father and grandfather were agents, making me a proud third-generation State Farm agent.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Jeff Mossman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
